Mary P. Vozza Esq.

Mary P. Vozza is an attorney practicing in the areas of probate, estate administration, guardianship, conservatorship, and related litigation in New York and Connecticut.
She earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Fordham University and her Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law. Fluent in Spanish, she is able to assist Spanish-speaking clients directly.
Mary’s practice is concentrated on matters that require court involvement, fiduciary oversight, and careful management of sensitive family, financial, and legal issues. She represents executors, administrators, fiduciaries, proposed conservatees, family members, and other interested parties in both routine and contested proceedings.
In addition to private representation, Mary is regularly appointed by courts to serve in estate, conservatorship and guardianship matters. These appointments often involve circumstances requiring discretion, sound judgment, and close attention to procedural and reporting requirements.
