Mary P. Vozza, Esq.

Mary is the founder of MPV Law. An undergraduate of Fordham University, a cum laude graduate of Fordham University with a masters in teaching, graduate of Pace University School of Law, and a licensed attorney in the States of Connecticut and New York, Mary has a keen understanding of the law and how to counsel (or teach) a client the complexity of legal issues involved in Estate matters, and Guardianships. Her deep experience with the Probate and Surrogate Courts involving many complex cases has resulted in a strong success record.

Mary is also fluent in Spanish, obtaining a certificate in Spanish Studies in Barcelona, Spain. She is also proficient in Portuguese.

In conjunction with her extensive work history in the field of Elder Care and Probate law, Mary has taught in New York City, Bedford, and White Plains School Districts, and was an Adjunct Professor at Manhattanville College.

Alongside Mary's busy law practice, she finds time to give back to the community. She was a Mentor for the Her Honor Mentoring Program; was the Board Secretary for the League of Women Voters (Mamaroneck, NY); and was on the Board of Ethics for The Village of Mamaroneck.

Aside from her busy practices across state lines, Mary also manages to be a frequent speaker on Ethics and Elder Law matters, along with being an involved parent to her two teenage boys. Her passions include community volunteerism, animal rights advocacy, travel and wellness.

Chastity Rodriguez, Paralegal

Chastity is a paralegal at Law Offices of Mary P. Vozza, providing research, administrative, and document execution services for our firm. In addition to her work as a paralegal, she has held administrative management roles across the healthcare, financial and legal sectors.  This diverse experiential background enables Chastity to assist across a broad cross-section of legal concerns providing efficient, detail oriented and client-focused service.

Prior to her career at Law Offices of Mary P. Vozza, Chastity worked in paralegal and administrative management roles for the NYC Department of Consumer Affairs, Mount Sinai Medical Center and Goldman Sachs. She earned her BA in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and holds a Paralegal Certificate from SUNY Westchester.

Philanthropy and community impact are passions Chastity shares with many of our clients.  She has long been a supporter and mentor for the iMentor organization, developing mentor relationships with first generation students from low income communities to succeed in college and accomplish their dreams.

Joseph Vozza, Esq., Of Counsel

Joe is of counsel at the Law Offices of Mary P. Vozza. His area of legal expertise focuses on Personal Injury litigation, Real Estate transactions, Estate Planning and Probate, and Criminal Defense law. 

Joe received his undergraduate degree with honors from Manhattanville College, and his law degree from Touro Law School. He also completed a legal externship at Moscow State University, Russia, where he studied the civil law system and Russian legal system in transition.

Joe is admitted to practice law in New York State, and the United States District Court, Southern District of New York. 

Joe is an avid cyclist and shares his passion for community volunteer work by having sat as a board member for many organizations; including LMC-TV, Mamaroneck Chamber of Commerce, and Mamaroneck Public Library. He is also a frequent lecturer for Continuing Legal Education programs involving trial skills and techniques, law office management, and corporate formation and litigation.
